She has helped clients develop and implement effective strategic plans and deployment, providing proper measurements and establishing a cadence of reporting,  creating focus and line-of-sight visibility though the organization. The results achieved are improved productivity and customer satisfaction while improving cash flow and profitability.

Jane has  provided real world applications to students as an industry liaison and co-creator of the UCSD Lean Six Sigma Black Belt program, UCSD Lean Enterprise Program, UCSD Global Supply Chain Management program, and SDSU Operations Resource Management program. She has also conducted workshops and lectures including the popular BPS LSS Greenbelt Bootcamp ProgramTM.

Her education includes a Master Black Belt with UCSD, MBA with Cal State San Marcos, BS in Management at UoP, CPIM certification with APICS, Jonah certification with Eli Goldratt, Lean training from Lean Institute, and Six Sigma Black Belt training from ASQ.

George Neale, LSSBB, CPIM
Using Lean Six Sigma methodology, he has a reputation for growing businesses’ bottom line and increasing shareholder value by building scalable and sustainable processes. George's passion is helping companies make more money.


He led one of the earliest Lean implementations in So Cal, transforming hi-tech companies from forecast dependent MRP push based to Cellular, Visual/Pull Based Manufacturing, dividing multiple cells into high volume/low mix and low volume/high mix. George successfully introduced Lean Principles to his extensive Supplier Network in China, dramatically improving Quality & Performance while reducing costs.

George’s award winning career has spanned a range of industries and business from large, publicly traded multinationals to pre IPO start-ups where he’s held executive positions in Supply Chain, Operations and Quality.


He holds a Bachelor of Science in Operations Management from San Diego State University, CPIM from APICS and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from University of California, San Diego. He is also proudly a US Air Force veteran.
