Jane Marshall, MBB, MBA, GSCM, CPIM, Jonah,

Jane has more than 25 years of experience
assisting companies with process improvements using
Lean Six Sigma, Theory of Constraints, and
Balanced Scorecard methods to streamline operations,
reduce inventory and increase turns, target quality
and productivity problems to save clients millions
of dollars and improve cash flow and profitability.
She has successfully implemented Lean Six Sigma
in a variety of industries including aerospace,
communications, electronics, medical device,
military services, pharmaceuticals, wholesale food,
textile, furniture, and industrial commodities. Jane
also provides real world applications to students as
an industry liaison and lead professor for UCSD Lean
Six Sigma Black Belt program, UCSD Global Supply
Chain Management program, and SDSU Operations
Resource Management program. She has also conducted
workshops and lectures including the popular LSS
Greenbelt Bootcamp Program.
Her education includes a MBB with UCSD, MBA with
Cal State San Marcos, BS in Management at UOP, CPIM
certification with APICS, Jonah certification with
the Goldratt Institute, Lean training from Lean
Institute, and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from UCSD.
Kim Niles, MSQA, CSSMBB/BB, CQE
Kim's career has specialized in improving quality, costs, & or productivity of complex,
high volume, or problematic manufacturing systems using quality and statistical principles.
He has personally performed more than 173 designed experiments producing an estimated
savings in excess of six million dollars. He has a wide range of work experience from medical,
material science, semiconductor, rubber molding, and consumer electronics manufacturing companies.
Kim has a Master's degree in Quality Science from California State University, Dominguez Hills,
with emphasis in Six Sigma and Process Management.
He is a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt and
adjunct instructor for UCSD and SDSU. He received his Bachelor's degree in Applied
Arts & Sciences from San Diego State University through the Industrial Technology Department.

George's 30 year career has taken him around the
globe having lived & worked in Mexico, China,
India and Europe where he has developed a deep, well
grounded understanding of the complexities of the
many facets of operating in a multi-cultural,
multi-plant environment. George has a BS in Business
Operations from San Diego State and Black Belt
Certification with UCSD.
